I really enjoyed this hotel and would have extended the stay. Overall it was a really great stay for my weekend in Michigan. The staff team was super friendly and affable at any time. The room was extremely spacious and come with coffee and closet space. The breakfast was included, that was a bonus.

My recent stay at Springhill Suites was fantastic. The location was convenient and the hotel was clean and bright. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were spacious. I appreciated having a separate sitting area and desk space. The bathroom was huge and had all the necessary amenities. The staff was friendly and accommodating, providing us with clean sheets and towels whenever we needed them. The breakfast options were decent, although I would have preferred a hot breakfast instead of the grab and go style. The workout room was well-equipped and the King Suite I stayed in was impressive. I had a great experience and would recommend this hotel to others.

Location: the hotel was near a highway exit and Michigan. It also was in the middle of jackson.

Think that this quiet hotel is beyond compare, greatly enjoyed it. The place is fairly clean, the room is bright, the staff is superfriendly. It has a marvellous and comfy location in the middle of jackson.

The hotel’s location is convenient and close to attractions. Previous guests have mentioned that the modern amenities and lovely staff add to the comfortable experience. Additionally, the cleanliness of the rooms, comfortable bedding, and free breakfast option offer a great value.

The breakfast options are lacking compared to other hotels.

Room facilities were decent with a coffee machine, mini-fridge and microwave. The breakfast was fine with a good location to explore the city. It was great to be away for Christmas however the weather was too snowy for any activities outside.

The room was very dirty; mattress pad was completely worn out and the furniture and floor was not cleaned.

The shower had two shower heads which was great for a relaxing shower after a long day. Breakfast was offered in the morning, which was a plus. The location was close to popular tourist attractions.

The check-in process took almost an hour due to faulty reservation systems. The staff was not well trained and lacked communication skills.
